On September 30, 2026, the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety, jointly with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, held a scientific and educational training seminar aimed at broadly communicating to the public the content and essence of the speech delivered by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the ceremonial event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence, as well as explaining the ideas and priority tasks put forward in the speech.
The seminar began with a video presentation highlighting the large-scale reforms implemented in New Uzbekistan. During the seminar, presentations were delivered by members of the “Ma’rifat” Propagandists’ Society — Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Fayzulla Ernazarov, and Doctor of Philosophy (DSc), Professor Jaloliddin Yusubov.
